Refund and Returns Policy

Definitions and key terms
To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return & Refund Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:
• Company: when this policy mentions Company, we, us, or our, it refers to ‘Circle Seven Technologies’, that is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.
• Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the website service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
• Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer, or any other device that can be used to visit this website and use the services.
• Service: refers to the service provided by ‘Circle Seven Technologies’ as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.
• Website: which can be accessed via this URL: www.parts4appliance.co.za
• You: a person or entity that is registered with ‘Circle Seven Technologies’ Parts to use the Services.
Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping on our website. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy original Samsung parts. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’reexploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions from our website. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth below along with the Policies.
If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, you have 15 Days to return your product. Returns will be credited the purchase price and applicable Vat, less any restocking and or packaging fees, to the original payment form.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to credit being issued. Non-approved returns will be shipped back to customers at their expense.
Items incorrectly shipped will be returned to customers at their expense.
New and Unused Parts Return
To be eligible for refund, all new and unused returns must meet the following guidelines:
• The product must be in the original packaging we sent in the first place.
• Packaging must not be damaged and all tapes and seals on the product must not be removed and kept original.
• Approved new and unused returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
• Returns must be received by ‘Circle Seven Technologies’ within 7 working days of the invoice date.
• Returns must be in resalable condition.
• A copy of the invoice must be included in the return shipping box.
• Do not write on the original parts shipping box or otherwise deface packaging.
• Any part returned that is not resalable will not be credited and shipping cost not covered by ‘Circle Seven Technologies’.
Defective Return
We will honor the manufacturer’s warranty. Most, but not all, products are warranted for 90 days from the date of the original invoice.
Please provide the model and serial number of the product the defect was installed in, as well as the exact nature of the defect in detail.
Once the defective part is received followed by the above guidelines, we will automatically order a replacement part for the defective item and provide you with a free return shipping waybill for the defective item once received.
Damaged Parts
Please be sure to inspect your order upon receipt. If the package appears damaged, or contains merchandise that is damaged, you must first notify the shipper and then notify Circle Seven Technologies within 24Hrs of receipt via email. The incident will be documented, and the carrier may decide to return the delivery to Circle Seven Technologies. Without the incident documentation, subsequent damage claims may be difficult or impossible to prove later.
Wrong Parts
Customers must notify Circle Seven Technologies within 24Hrs of receipt of any part that is shipped incorrectly or in error. We will arrange collection of the incorrect part while the correct part is ordered. Once the incorrect part is received at our facility, we will verify the incorrect part and condition received in, and ship the correct part back to you.
Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive when expected, please first check the carrier tracking to confirm the package was not left at your address. Unless you required the carrier to obtain a signature upon delivery, we are not responsible for packages once the carrier verifies delivery. Once the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, we will issue credit.
Electronic Part Returns
All returns on electronic main boards or any part that contains electronics must meet the following guidelines for credit consideration. Failing to meet these requirements will not be eligible for credit and cannot be returned:
All electronic or electrical parts must be returned in the manufacturer’s original box or container in which the new product was delivered. Returns received in non-standard packaging will not be accepted.
Items must be in good condition. Items that are damaged, cracked, burnt or missing components will not be accepted for credit and will be returned to customers at their expense.
Refunds
We commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be notified about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded in full once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Samsung Parts is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when the refund has been processed.
Shipping
We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping must be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.

Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy
Should we update, amend, or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies.
